- Other Cities: 4–7 days
- Remote / Village Areas: 6–10 days

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
- COD charges may apply (if COD is enabled).
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
5. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if the customer provides:
- Wrong address
- Incomplete address
- No landmark
- Incorrect phone number
Orders may be delayed or returned if details are incorrect.
Re-shipping may require an additional fee.

Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, XpressBees, DTDC, etc.

8. Damaged or Open Package
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
- Take a video while opening the package
- Contact us immediately within 24 hours
- Provide images/videos as proof
This is required for return or replacement.
