  • Other Cities: 4–7 days
  • Remote / Village Areas: 6–10 days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
  • COD charges may apply (if COD is enabled).
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible if the customer provides:

  • Wrong address
  • Incomplete address
  • No landmark
  • Incorrect phone number

Orders may be delayed or returned if details are incorrect.

Re-shipping may require an additional fee.

We ship through trusted courier companies such as:
Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, XpressBees, DTDC, etc.

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item delivered

8. Damaged or Open Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Take a video while opening the package
  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours
  • Provide images/videos as proof

This is required for return or replacement.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
