- Refunds are processed strictly as per the conditions mentioned below and must be read along with our Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be initiated only if:
- The return request is approved as per our Return & Exchange Policy
- Product passes quality inspection after return
- Valid proof (uncut unboxing video/photos) is provided
2. Refund Scenarios
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong item or wrong size delivered by us
- Verified manufacturing defect
- Delivery damage reported at the time of delivery with proof
- Exchange not possible due to stock unavailability (only for wrong size delivered)
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Product is used, washed, worn, or tags removed
- Damage caused during unboxing
- Claim raised after 3 days of delivery
- Unboxing video is not provided
- Product purchased during sale/offer (unless defective)
4. Refund Method
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer only
5. Refund Timeline
- Refund will be initiated within 5–9 working days after the returned product is received and passes quality check
- Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), shipping cost will be borne by us
7. Order Cancellation & Refund
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
- Cancellations before dispatch are eligible for refund
