Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed strictly as per the conditions mentioned below and must be read along with our Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be initiated only if:

  • The return request is approved as per our Return & Exchange Policy
  • Product passes quality inspection after return
  • Valid proof (uncut unboxing video/photos) is provided

2. Refund Scenarios

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item or wrong size delivered by us
  • Verified manufacturing defect
  • Delivery damage reported at the time of delivery with proof
  • Exchange not possible due to stock unavailability (only for wrong size delivered)

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer
  • Product is used, washed, worn, or tags removed
  • Damage caused during unboxing
  • Claim raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Unboxing video is not provided
  • Product purchased during sale/offer (unless defective)

4. Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer only

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–9 working days after the returned product is received and passes quality check
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), shipping cost will be borne by us

7. Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • Cancellations before dispatch are eligible for refund
