Return and Exchange Policy
1. Claim Period
- Return or refund requests must be made within 3 days from the delivery date.
- Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Size & Color Return Policy
- Size or color exchanges are NOT accepted as orders are shipped exactly as per customer selection.
- Exchange is accepted only in the following case:
- The size delivered is different from the size ordered.
- Customer must provide clear proof (photo or video) showing the wrong size delivered.
- Customers are advised to check the size chart before placing orders; wrong size selection by customer is not eligible for return.
3. Manufacturing Defects
- Returns for manufacturing defects are accepted.
- Customer must provide clear, trustworthy proof showing the defect (photo or detailed video).
- Once verified by our team, refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Damage Caused by Delivery Partner
- If the parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- The customer must inform the delivery partner immediately, before accepting the package.
- Proof is required showing the damaged parcel and communication with the delivery agent.
- Without proper proof, delivery damage claims will not be accepted.
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video
An uncut, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund or defect claims.
The video must clearly show:
- The unopened parcel
- Full unboxing without cuts or pauses
- Product shown clearly from all sides
- Issue/defect clearly visible in the same video
Without an uncut unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.
6. Damage Caused During Unboxing
- If the product is damaged during opening due to scissors, blades, knives or any sharp object, the return or refund will be rejected.
- Such cases are considered customer-caused damage, not manufacturing or shipping issues.
7. Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for return approval:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- All tags must be intact
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- No stains, perfume smell, or signs of use should be present
Used/worn items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
8. Conditions for Return Approval
A return/refund request will be approved only if:
- Claim is raised within 3 days of delivery
- Uncut unboxing video is provided
- Wrong size delivered (with proof)
- Verified manufacturing defect (with proof)
- Delivery damage reported at delivery time (with proof)
9. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used, washed, or worn
- Tags are removed
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Color difference due to screen brightness
- Damage caused during unboxing
- Claim is made after 3 days of delivery
- No unboxing video is provided
- Product is purchased during a sale/offer unless defective
10. Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to wrong item/defect caused by us, shipping will be covered by us.
- For all other cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
11. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only.
- Refund may take 5–9 working days after the returned product reaches us and passes quality check.
12. Exchange Based on Availability
- Exchange (only in wrong size delivered situation) is subject to stock availability.
- If the required size is not available, refund or store credit will be provided.
13. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch.
